SPENCER I.
As a salesman, I enjoyed being able promote something that I truly believed to work; and that I knew would bring pleasure to everyone who used it.
I remember when I first learned the company's "Big Objective.”
"To become the most productive and highest quality service company in the world."
I thought that that was a pretty steep objective to obtain. But after being promoted to "Service Manager", and learning the company’s foundational principles, I began to understand that Bulwark can indeed achieve their objective: because they have learned that the service quality, the satisfaction of customers, and the humble ability to accept that there is always room for improvement, are keys to obtaining this goal.
Bulwark has been a great benefit to me, and my wife-- who is also employed by Bulwark. I have learned, to a much greater degree, how to deal justly with customers—and with people in general. I have learned the great concept of "Seek first to understand, then to be understood" and the essence of a "creative learning atmosphere". |
